Terms and conditions

These terms explain, without the fine print, what you get when you buy a NovaPocket product. If anything is unclear, write to novapocket.hi@gmail.com.

What you are buying

Each product is a digital download: a PDF guide, a spreadsheet, or both, as described on its page. You can download the files as soon as your payment goes through, and the link is also emailed to you. There is no subscription and no recurring charge: you pay once.

Who charges you

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. That is why your receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy, which also works out and collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country. By paying you also accept its buyer terms. The content of the products and customer support are NovaPocket's responsibility.

Price

Each product costs US$5, a fixed price paid once through the Lemon Squeezy checkout. Depending on your country, taxes such as VAT or sales tax may apply; Lemon Squeezy calculates them and shows them to you before you confirm the payment.

14-day guarantee

If a product doesn't work for you, we refund you within 14 calendar days of purchase, even if you have already downloaded the files. No questions asked. Details are in Guarantee and refunds.

What you can do with the files

They're for you and your business: read them, print them, use them with your team. Please don't resell them, upload them, or share the files publicly. The prompts, formulas, spreadsheets and templates are yours to use and adapt in your own work.

What our products do not promise

They are educational material and calculation tools. We don't promise income, sales or any specific result: that depends on your business and how you apply what you read. They are not legal, accounting or tax advice. The apps and platforms we mention (for example WhatsApp, Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Etsy or Shopee) are trademarks of their owners, who may change their menus, fees or terms without notice. NovaPocket is not affiliated with these companies, and they do not sponsor or endorse our products.

Use of AI

Our products are made with the help of AI tools and checked by a person before they go out. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll fix it in the next version.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email us first at novapocket.hi@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page. Your purchase is governed by the version in force on the day you paid.
