Guarantee and refunds

Every NovaPocket product comes with a 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If the product doesn't work for you, for any reason, we refund you, even if you have already downloaded the files. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email novapocket.hi@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email you paid with and, if you have it, the order number.
3. We refund to the original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on the payment platform and your bank.
