These terms explain, without the fine print, what you get when you buy a NovaPocket guide. If anything is unclear, write to novapocket.hi@gmail.com.
What you are buying
Each guide is a downloadable PDF. You can download it as soon as your payment goes through, and the link is also emailed to you. There is no subscription and no recurring charge: you pay once.
Who charges you
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. That is why your receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy, which also works out and collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country. By paying you also accept its buyer terms. The guide's content and customer support are NovaPocket's responsibility.
Price
The price is the one shown on the page before you pay. For pay-what-you-want guides, you choose the amount from the stated minimum; any amount gets you the same guide.
14-day guarantee
If the guide doesn't work for you, we refund you within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked. Details are in Guarantee and refunds.
What you can do with the guide
It's for you and your business: read it, print it, use it with your team. Please don't resell it, upload it, or share the file publicly. The prompts, formulas and templates are yours to use and adapt in your own work.
What the guide does not promise
This is educational material. We don't promise income, sales or any specific result: that depends on your business and how you apply what you read. It is not legal, accounting or tax advice. The apps we mention (WhatsApp, Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and others) belong to their owners, may change their menus, prices or terms without notice, and do not sponsor this guide.
Use of AI
Our guides are written with the help of AI tools and checked by a person before they go out. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll fix it in the next version.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email us first at novapocket.hi@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page. Your purchase is governed by the version in force on the day you paid.
