Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

What you give us when you buy or write to us: name, email and the content of your message. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.

What we use it for

To deliver the guide, send updates to what you bought, answer questions, handle refunds and complaints, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't use your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to operate: Lemon Squeezy (sales, payment and delivery of the guide), Google (Gmail, to answer your emails) and Cloudflare (hosting for this site, which may log technical data such as your IP address for security). We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as our relationship lasts (your purchase, question or complaint) and afterwards only as long as legal and tax obligations require. Payment records are kept by Lemon Squeezy under its own legal retention periods.

International transfers

These providers may store your data on servers outside Peru, mainly in the United States. We only work with companies that have their own data protection policies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing novapocket.hi@gmail.com. We are governed by Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley N.º 29733); other laws such as the GDPR may also apply depending on where you live.
